hey, so guess what?  go on, guess.

...

i'm now officially unemployed.
 Confused
obviously, this means i have a lot more free time to work on the comics and such, but i can't stay without jobness forever. especially since my one roommate has turned into a dead-beat, and currently owes me over $450 (and is bound to increase Mar.1)
so. i dunno what this means for comic-fun. it all depends on what kind of job i can find, and how it's schedule will impact me.  i'll try to keep you all updated.

Aw, joblessness blows. I was jobless for two months and I thought I'd die of boredom or frustration of not being able to pay bills. Good luck with the job hunt, Rudi-meister.

well, ideally i'd like to work at a comic, gaming or anime store, as those areas are the only things i find of any interest anymore.  i'm not really too keen on dealing with people in real-life anymore, but i could handle it if i'm in an environment that interests me.  another option i've been thinking about is working at an internet cafe or something similar.

well, i figure i'd give an update on my life in general for those that care:

- still haven't found a job yet.
- funds are starting to run a little low.
- been playing a lot of XBox lately (mmmmm... i luv Tron 2.0)
- have a guest comic or two that i really should work on, but i keep putting them off.
- feeling generally lonely and listless

yeah, so at least i've been trying my best to keep up with the comics.
hopefully i'll get a bit of an emotional boost at my artist's group meeting this month

so i'm heading out to Ontario to visit with my folks over the May long-weekend. i leave wednesday and will be gone at least a full week. i'm trying to get the comics done ahead of time (due to the fact i'll have limited internet access and no scanner while away), but my neck has been giving me problems recently (like, the last month or so... owie!) so i'm not sure how much i'll be able to get done.

so it turns out some new developments in my household mean that i may have the opportunity to move into a place of my own away from distractions (like roommates and satellite TV). i won't be moving all too far though, as the suite is just downstairs of where i currently live, but i look forward to being able to set up an actual drawing table and hopefully become more productive. i'll definately have to get a job soon though, as the rent is gonna be higher than i'm paying now.
